Purpose of this Site - page 3

First of all I do not have a desire to harm Providian Financial Corporation or see them suffer. On the contrary, I only wish for them to stop trying to harm me and make me suffer. I do not harbor any long-lasting ill will. I don’t hate Providian Financial. I pity them. I think that they’re either a bunch of idiots or a bunch of criminals. The jury is still out.

I may have some spite. My purpose in creating this website is 90% warning others and maybe about 10% spite. I wouldn’t classify this as extreme spite. At best it is mild to moderate spite. Since I have no desire to harm Providian or make them suffer spite alone does not equal malice.

I also am doing nothing without just means or cause. My first amendment rights assure that the opinions expressed here are not, in any way “wrongful”. I have plenty of cause for publishing this nightmarish situation for all to see. I think people What's in your wallet? should be warned that Providian Financial Corp participates in what I believe to be criminal activity. As for the Malice question? I do not have any. This is a zero-malice web site.

I am, however, very opinionated regarding Providian Financial Corporation, Providian National Bank, Providian Bank, and Providian Bancorp Services. I strongly believe that they are manned entirely by uneducated, minimum-wage employees. I mean, after all, what part of “I did not authorize the charges” is too difficult for the average 7th grader to grasp. After repeatedly advising Providian Financial that I did not authorize the questionable charges to my account they still don’t get it. My question is this: “What is it going to take?” What am I going to have to do to get it through their tiny, little pea-brains that my disputed charges are disputed because I didn’t authorize them.

Perhaps a lawsuit?

I am serious when I say that everything on this web site, save a few embellishments and opinions, is the truth. If anything is found here not to be true please let me know immediately and I will promptly correct any mistakes. This web site must remain factual at all costs. I have every intention of cooperating with ANYONE that has evidence of anything contrary to statements I have made on this web site. If you find something wrong anywhere on this site simply send me verification of the correct information. That’s all there is to it.
